We deliver DryPol® System 3 PLUS throughout the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic and to all countries within the EU in the form of self-installation of the device and all wires by the customer. Due to the nature of the device, which combines wired and contactless electroosmosis, the price is always individual and includes the price for the device, with wires, probes and grounding rods according to the actual length and number of wires installed.
Shipping is free throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia, payment in advance or cash on delivery is possible. Transport abroad is charged according to the tariffs of the carrier www.ppl.cz. Shipments abroad (outside of Slovakia) are paid in advance, unless otherwise agreed.
NOTE: Please note that before you install the device yourself, it is first necessary to determine the cause of masonry dampness. If the natural physical phenomenon known as capillary moisture causes dampness in your building, then the DryPol® masonry moisture remover will be effective. However, if the walls are damp due to other effects, typically pressure water or rainwater drainage, DryPol® will not work.

DryPol® System 3 PLUS is a unique Czech product that combines active electroosmosis of the wired and wireless types into one electronic, computer processor-controlled device, which ensures fast, permanent and high-quality insulation of the entire building from rising ground moisture.
The uniqueness lies in the combination of classic mild wire electroosmosis and non-contact electroosmosis (pulse generator) as a support system. As a result, rising moisture is quickly removed and at the same time the building is insulated not only in places where conductors with wire electroosmosis electrodes are installed, but also where they are not distributed - i.e. floors or places technologically inaccessible for the installation of conductors (e.g. paneled walls , masonry behind front walls, building foundations, etc.). The range of the transmitter module is up to 25 meters in all directions from the device, including through walls, furniture, doors, etc.

DryPol® system 3 PLUS is an electronic, computer-controlled device designed for the rapid and effective insulation of the whole building from rising damp using a single device!
The uniqueness of the device lies in the combination of classic electrode electroosmosis and contactless electroosmosis (using a pulse generator) as a support system insulating the building even where the electroosmosis electrodes are not installed – meaning including flooring and inaccessible masonry where electrode installation is not possible (e.g., lined walls, concealed masonry, foundations, etc.). The transmitter module range is up to 25 m in all directions, including through walls, furniture, doors etc.
This double system ensures rapid, permanent and high-quality insulation of the whole building from capillary rising damp. The product meets both Czech and international building standards: ČSN P730610 and the Austrian-German ÖNORM 3355-2 standard for waterproofing in buildings/rehabilitation of damp masonry using electroosmosis.
Two signal distribution technologies and types of electrode installed in the masonry can be used to send the signal from the control unit to the masonry, depending on customer requirements:
- Titanium wiring and titanium electrodes. This installation method ensures compromise-free masonry insulation without possible electrode degradation inside the masonry. Titanium is a metal not affected by corrosion caused by the creation of an electric cell inside the masonry resulting in a destructive electro-chemical process where the electrodes are installed. The ground rod is made of zinc, as per tradition.
- Classic insulated conductor with stainless steel electrodes in the masonry. This installation method is cheaper but a little less durable. The stainless steel electrodes will decay over the long term (around 10 years) on site due to the electro-chemical process as they operate inside the masonry. The electrodes will thus probably need replacing, yet this is not difficult from the construction point of view, nor is it expensive. Installation with classic conductors and stainless steel electrodes is cheaper and gives the same performance as with titanium conductors and electrodes. The ground rod is made of zinc, as per tradition.
System power and consumption:
The whole system is powered through an 18 V/1300 mA adapter plugged into the 230 V/50 Hz mains. With a power input of around 15 W, the consumption of the whole system under 24-hour continuous operation is around 24 EUR per year.
Operation and maintenance of the DryPol® system 3 PLUS device:
The DryPol® systém 3 PLUS device is completely maintenance-free and does not need any regular configuration or modification by the customer. The customer only needs to check that their device is working properly, which is signalled by flashing green LEDs on the front of the device. Constant or flashing red LEDs on the left part of the device next to the display mean a fault in the transmitting part of the DryPol® system 3 PLUS device. Illuminated red LEDs on the right mean a fault in the installed DryPol® system 3 PLUS conductor circuit.
Displays and LEDs:
- Display 1 is not illuminated during device operation, and illuminates only if the electricity supply is interrupted for one minute. The display shows data about the device configuration, software version, and the number of hours of operation since the device was first switched on
- Display 2 shows voltage and current values in the conductors. Their value changes depending on the level of moisture in the building material in which the electrodes and conductors are installed. This means you can monitor the masonry drying process through changes in the voltage and current values.

The house started to dry out and not just by feel. First the smell of damp disappeared, later the plaster also dried out. Instructions for use of the DryPol® System 3 PLUS moisture-proof device
Installation of the DryPol® System 3 PLUS device:
To distribute the signal from the control cabinet to the masonry, it is possible to use two signal distribution technologies and types of electrodes installed in the masonry according to customer requirements:
- Using a titanium wire and titanium electrodes. This installation method ensures uncompromising insulation of the masonry without possible degradation of the electrodes in the masonry. Titanium is a metal not subject to erosion, which is caused by the electronic cell formed in the masonry, and therefore by the destructive electrochemical process at the site of installation of the electrodes. The grounding rod is turned stainless steel.
- Using a classic insulated wire using stainless steel electrodes in the masonry. Such an installation is economically advantageous, but somewhat less durable. Stainless steel electrodes are subject to long-term (approx. 10 years) decay at the installation site due to the electrochemical process during their work in the masonry. It is therefore likely that the electrodes will need to be replaced, but this is not at all difficult from a construction or economic point of view. Installation with classic conductors and stainless steel electrodes is economically advantageous with the same performance and effect as installation with titanium conductors and electrodes. The grounding rod is turned stainless steel.

The customer's task is only to monitor the correct operation of the device, which is signaled by flashing green diodes on the front of the device. The lighting or flashing of the red LED in the left part of the moisture-proof device next to the display indicates a malfunction in the DryPol® System 3 PLUS transmitter part. In the right part, the lighting of the red LED indicates a violation of the installed circuit of the DryPol® System 3 PLUS wires.
Displays and signal LEDs:
- Display 1 is off during operation of the device and lights up only in the event of a power supply interruption, for a period of 1 minute. The display shows data on the device settings, software version and the number of hours worked since the device was first started
- Display 2 indicates the values of voltage and current flowing through the wires. Their value changes depending on the level of humidity of the building material in which the electrodes with wires are installed. The change in voltage and current values can therefore be used to monitor the drying process of the masonry.
